About this event
Membership to facility is required. Any questions can be directed to the SRAC front desk (408) 924-6368. Important: Cycle classes take place in Studio C. Each cycle class is 45 minutes long: the instructor will lead you through a warmup, the workout, and then a cool down/stretch. They'll be more than happy to assist you if you need help setting up your bike correctly - just ask! Come prepared for some good music and to work up a sweat.
