About this event
This aerial yoga class will move forward from material covered in Aerial Basics. All are welcome, but students who attend are encouraged to have a working knowledge of basic Aerial inversions. This class will use the hammocks to build core strength, balance, and focus, and also to have fun! Mats are required.
