About this event
Join the Chinese American Real Estate Association (CAREA) for a morning look at the Bay Area commercial real estate market. A panel of experienced practitioners will cover leasing, investment sales and capital markets: where deals are getting done, what tenants and investors are looking for, and how financing conditions are affecting values. Expect practical takeaways, an open Q&A, and time to network with fellow real estate professionals.
