Baby/Toddler Storytime

About this event

Join us for a delightful experience at our Baby/Toddler Storytime and Reading to Children programs! Designed for children aged 0 to 3 and their caregivers, Baby/Toddler Storytime offers an engaging atmosphere where participants can wiggle, rhyme, and sing along to a variety of diverse books, songs, and fingerplays that promote language development and exploration. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, with tickets distributed 30 minutes before the start of the session at the Information Desk (children must be present to receive a ticket).

Simultaneously, the Reading to Children program provides young readers the opportunity to develop their imagination and love for books through one-on-one or small group interactions with our volunteers. This drop-in program is ideal for preschoolers and children in grades K-3 and serves as a quieter, low-energy alternative to storytime. Both programs are free and sponsored by the Friends of the Vineland Branch Library, aligning with the City’s Education and Digital Literacy Initiative. ADA accommodation requests are welcomed.
