24-Hour Cancellation Policy • 5-Minute Late Entry Cutoff This Mega class uses Reformer and Chair apparatus for a mega intense class intentionally sequenced to activate and challenge the deepest layers of your core. Chase the shake as you discover your true powerhouse and build core strength to maintain balance and control under resistance. Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation/no-show fee. Entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after class begins. Previous Reformer or Megaformer experience preferred. This class is best suited to those with no significant restrictions that would prevent safe participation.
