Power Pals is our playful, high-energy program designed specifically for little ones ages 3 to 7! In this 45-minute class, kids will explore the basics of boxing 🥊, improve their balance and coordination 🤸♂️, and build confidence 💪 — all through age-appropriate fitness activities and games. Each session is packed with movement, music, and positive encouragement, helping your child develop healthy habits, stay active, and make new friends along the way! Perfect for kids with lots of energy and curious minds — no experience needed.
