About this event

September 4 – November 15, 2026 Supported by MACLA and the Creative Work Fund, this solo exhibition features a new site-specific, immersive installation by San Francisco–based mixed-media artist Viviana Paredes. The multi-sensory exhibition expands her mixed-media sculptural practice by incorporating suspended glass artwork with sound and video projections. Through these interdisciplinary elements, Paredes explores themes of indigenous practices, language, and climate change. Related Programming: Artist Talk: MACLA | October 2, 2026 | 6:30-7:15 PM
