Kids: Making a Theme Song | Apple Store

About this event

@

Reserve a spot at an Apple store to learn how to create a theme song for your favorite show, book, or game using GarageBand on iPad. We’ll cover rhythm basics, and kids will get hands-on with experimenting with Smart Drums, adding pre-recorded loops, and remixing their theme song. Recommended for ages 8–12.

Bring your iPad or we’ll provide one. Apple Labs are free, but you must reserve a space in advance . Dates, times, and availability vary by location. For sessions with amplified sound, hearing loop technology is available on request.

Marian’s Note: CelebrateFamily includes activities such as this because they are free and seem like an easy way to keep kids interested in technology without spending a lot of money.

Please double-check the event information on the event website as sometimes events are canceled or details changed after they are added to CelebrateFamily.us. REPORT EVENT | Image credit/image courtesy of Apple
